Energy Storage News

  1. Sembcorp is planning to build a 200MWh storage system in Singapore by the end of 2022.
  2. The Inter-American Development Bank and Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation are investing in eight projects totalling 33MW solar PV and 34MWh storage in Guyana.
  3. MPC Energy Solutions, Leclanché and Solrid started construction on a 35.6MW PV solar with 44.2MWh storage project on the island of St. Kitts & Nevis.
  4. Recurrent, Canadian Solar subsidiary, has acquired two energy storage projects of 200MWh each in Texas, US.
  5. Baywa r.e has commissioned a 7.5MW solar plant with 4MWh of storage in Germany.

 

Hydrogen news

  1. Infinite Green Energy is planning to build up to 235MW wind and solar with 20MW storage in Australia to produce up to 42 tonnes of green hydoren per day.
