Energy Storage News

  1. SIMEC Atlantis Energy and Uskmouth Energy Storage are planning to build a 230MW/460MWh project in the UK by the end of 2024.
  2. The California Public Utilities Commission has approved a portfolio of five storage projects totalling 497MW.
  3. Sungrow will supply Tata Power Solar with a 60MWh storage system in India.
  4. Vistra has commissioned a 260MW/260MWh storage project in Texas, US.
  5. Akuo brought online a 16.5MW/29.2MWh storage project in Tonga.

Hydrogen news

  1. Engie, OCI NV and EEW announced a parternship to build a 100MW electrolyser in 2025 increased to 1.85GW in 2030.
