Energy Storage News 

  1. The European Commission has approved a 19.8 million euros state aid to energy storage operator IE-Energy for a portfolio of energy storage projects in Croatia.
  2. New York State Energy Research and Development Authority has awarded 16.6 million dollars in funding for five long-duration storage projects. 
  3. RES is planning to build a 100MW energy storage project in England, UK.
  4. Conrad Energy is planning to build a 50MW/100MWh energy storage project in England, UK.
  5. AES has commissioned a 127MW/508MWh energy storage system in California, US.

Hydrogen news

  1. Fortescue has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to study the development of a green hydrogen project with 9.2GW of solar and wind capacity in Egypt.
