Energy Storage News

  1. ABO Wind and Rolls Royce have commissioned a solar, wind plus 2.9MW/5.8MWh storage project in Germany.
  2. RWE has started the construction of two storage projects totalling 220MW/235MWh in Germany.
  3. Renewable Power Capital and Greenfield have closed an agreement to develop at least 500MW of storage in the UK.
  4. Portland General Electric is planning to install 75MW storage project in Oregon, US.
  5. Cero Generation and Enso Energy are planning to install a 49.5MW/99MWh storage system in the UK.

 

Hydrogen news

 

  1. Plug Power is planning to develop three green hydrogen projects totalling 2.2GW in Finland by the end of the decade.
