Energy storage news - January 29th, 2021

1. The Colombian Ministry of Energy has issued a tender for a 45 MWh battery storage system which will be used to support the grid infrastructure in the north of the country.

4. AES completed its Alamitos energy storage project, a 400 MWh battery located in Long Beach.
