Electrical design engineer F/H
Job description

The position involves working in the design office team to design energy storage projects based on technical specifications and project data identified during feasibility studies (carried out by Clean Horizon or third parties).

The activities of the design engineer include :

Carrying out a technical survey of storage equipment available on the market

Prepare layout plans and electrical diagrams for storage systems, based on the technical specifications and project data provided.

Pre-dimension the system’s electrical equipment (cables, protections, grounding network, lightning protection)

Dimension and pre-design auxiliary equipment, including ventilation and air-conditioning systems

Experience

The position is open to candidates with an engineering degree or equivalent (ideally in electrical engineering or applied mathematics).

No initial professional experience is required, but valued where appropriate.

Language

The working language is English.
Absolute mastery of this language, both written and spoken, is essential.

Candidates with additional written and oral proficiency (level C1 or C2) in one of the following languages (in order of importance) will be strongly favored

Computer skills

You’ll need to master PowerPoint and Excel, and not be afraid to use new software.

Familiarity with Auticad is a definite plus.

Any experience of electrical network analysis software (DigSilent PowerFactory, PSS/E) is a plus.
